The Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) has introduced 13 new courses, including four MBA programs, as part of its diverse academic offerings. These courses were launched during the 29th G Ram Reddy Memorial Lecture event, held in honor of the university’s founding Vice-Chancellor on July 2nd.

New MBA Programs at IGNOU

IGNOU has unveiled four new MBA programs in distinct areas:

  1. MBA in Construction Management
  2. MBA in Logistics and Supply Chain Management
  3. MBA in Agribusiness Management
  4. MBA in Healthcare and Hospital Management

New Certificate, Diploma, and Post-Graduation Courses

In addition to the MBA programs, IGNOU has also introduced several other courses:

  1. PG Diploma in Rehabilitation Psychology
  2. PG Diploma in Disaster Risk Reduction and Management
  3. Certificate Programme in Early Childhood Special Education Enabling Inclusion – Visual Impairment
  4. Certificate Programme in Early Childhood Special Education Enabling Inclusion – Hearing Impairment
  5. Certificate Programme in Early Childhood Special Education Enabling Inclusion – Intellectual Disability
  6. MA in Geeta Studies
  7. MSc in Home Science – Community Development and Extension Management

Eligibility for MBA Admissions

To be eligible for the MBA programs, students must have at least 50% marks in their graduation. There is a 5% relaxation for candidates from reserved categories, in accordance with government norms.
